By downloading, installing, or playing Arrow Puzzle – Relaxing Game ("the Game"), published by Wild Berry Technologies LLC, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before playing. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not download or use the Game.
Wild Berry Technologies LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Game or of any intellectual property rights.
Your use of the Game is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/. Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs to the extent of the conflict.
You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and Wild Berry Technologies LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Game, and any claims relating to the Game — including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and third-party intellectual property claims — are our responsibility and not Apple's. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
Our games, apps, and this website — including all gameplay, graphics, artwork, animations, sounds, trademarks, logos, source code, and other intellectual property associated with them — belong to Wild Berry Technologies LLC or our licensors. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the Game, modify or create derivative works from it, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code, redistribute or sell any part of it, or use our trademarks or branding without written permission.
Our mobile games may offer optional in-app purchases such as ad removal, cosmetic items, or in-game currency. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account under Apple's payment terms; payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the Game before purchase and may vary by region. Purchases of consumable items are generally final; refund requests must be made to Apple through Apple Support, as we are not able to issue refunds for App Store transactions. Purchased content is tied to the Apple ID used for the purchase and may be restored on your devices where Apple's restore functionality applies.
Where the Game offers an auto-renewable subscription, the following applies:
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple. Cancellation and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID account and Apple Support.
Our mobile games may display advertising provided by third-party partners such as Google AdMob. By using the Game you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during use. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of advertisements served by third-party providers. Where the Game offers an ad-removal purchase, that purchase applies only to the advertising formats described at the point of sale.
Where the Game offers Game Center integration, online accounts, or leaderboards, you agree to use these features respectfully — not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or interfere with other players' experience, and not to share or post content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing. We may suspend or remove access to online features for accounts that violate these terms. Game Center is an Apple service, provided subject to Apple's own terms.
Our mobile games rely on third-party services, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy, including Apple App Store and Game Center services, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Useful links:
While we strive to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or free from interruption. The Game may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.
While we aim to keep our games accurate, functional, and up to date, we rely in part on third-party platforms and services to do so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Berry Technologies LLC accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our games — including loss of data or progress, device malfunction, connectivity problems, service interruptions, or third-party service failures. You use the Game at your own risk. In the event of any failure of the Game to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Game.

We may update the Game from time to time; system requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using it. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be updated to remain compatible with every device or iOS version. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features, or terminate your access, at any time — including where these terms are violated. Upon termination, your licence to use the Game ends and you must stop using it and remove it from your devices.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws that apply to your use of the Game.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Wild Berry Technologies LLC's place of incorporation in Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our games and services evolve. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated revision date; continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
